Well, Ellen, I am horribly disappointed to learn that you and I disagree about chocolate. I really don’t know if we can continue being friends now that I know this about you.
I have also found that it is absolutely impossible for any dish to contain too much garlic. I see no problem whatsoever in having a heavy hand with garlic and onions. I once ate two whole heads of roasted garlic in one sitting. I think there was an excellent white wine involved.
